Job summary

RSP India is seeking an experienced Design Manager – Architecture to lead design development for large-scale Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use projects in Bengaluru. You will oversee design from concept through construction documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and guiding client communications.

The ideal candidate brings leadership, strong design skills, and deep knowledge of BIM workflows, Revit and AutoCAD, with COA registration preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution with COA registration preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Architecture with proven experience in handling large-scale Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use projects. The candidate will lead design development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Manage and mentor architectural project teams.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior and other consultants.
• Manage client presentations, design reviews and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, project requirements and design standards.

Project Experience

Experience in large-scale:

• Residential – High-rise, multi-tower and large residential developments.
• Commercial – Corporate offices, IT/ITES, business parks and commercial developments.
• Mixed-Use – Integrated residential, commercial and retail developments.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• COA Registration preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong design, technical, leadership, communication and client-management skills.
