Job Purpose

The Architect is responsible for the architectural design and coordination across multiple projects within the cluster. The role ensures that design, construction, and marketing objectives are met through effective communication, design reviews, and coordination with various teams, including MEP, sales, and external consultants. This position plays a crucial role in the day‑to‑day management of architectural activities, contributing to project execution, quality assurance, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural deliverables for multiple projects within the cluster, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall project objectives.
• Facilitate seamless integration of MEP, structural, and design teams, ensuring that project plans are executed in compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to review project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure resources are effectively allocated across multiple projects.
• Lead the review and approval process of architectural designs, including parking layouts, agreement plans, and other critical design elements, providing constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with building codes and project‑specific requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to high‑quality sales brochures and marketing materials, defining key architectural features and creating engaging collateral that showcases design elements.
• Support site‑level coordination, ensuring architecture is executed as per the approved design, resolving on‑site challenges, and monitoring construction activities for quality and design consistency.
• Act as a liaison between design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders, participating in review meetings and sharing updates on project status while addressing concerns from other departments.
• Monitor the implementation of quality standards, ensuring that designs adhere to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, and contribute to maintaining design quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
• 10–12 years of work experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple residential or mixed‑use development projects, collaborating with MEP, structural, landscape, and design teams to resolve on‑site challenges and implement design modifications.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of certification processes, including IGBC.
