The role demands a pure design background, an exceptional eye for detail, and expert knowledge of Mumbai's DCPR 2034 and NBC to ensure compliant, high-quality designs.

You will spearhead design teams, oversee feasibility studies, and drive the delivery of multiple projects while coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

Senior Design Architect (15+ Years Experience)

This role requires a highly experienced architect to lead and manage complex, high-quality projects.

• Experience: Must have 15+ years in architecture, with a focus on residential and mixed-use projects.


• Background: Must have a pure design background (not real estate/developer background).


• Design Expertise: Possess an exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring sophisticated, functional designs.


• Local Code Expertise: Expert knowledge of Mumbai's DCPR 2034 and the National Building Code (NBC) for optimal, compliant designs.


• Core Responsibilities


• Project Leadership: Lead robust design teams and manage the delivery of multiple complex projects concurrently.


• Technical Planning: Oversee efficient space planning and feasibility studies, particularly for Mumbai. Conceptualisation


• Execution & Documentation: Ensure high-quality working drawings, track project execution, and manage comprehensive communication among all stakeholders.


• Construction Oversight: Oversees the production of all Working Drawings, manages the GFC transmittal process, and is the main point of contact for the contractor on site, managing queries and change orders.


• Design & Integration: Manages the integration of all consultant inputs (structural, MEP, etc.) and leads the selection and finalization of materials.


• Management & Client Liaison: Leads the formulation of the project brief, acts as the primary client contact, and manages the project schedule and budget.
