Job summary

Rhythm Ventures invites a seasoned Architect to lead projects from conceptual design through to final site completion. You will balance creative vision with technical execution, ensuring NBC guidelines and local bye-laws are met.

The role involves managing clients, presenting designs, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and PMC teams to integrate systems. You will oversee working drawings, GFC sets, and mentorship of junior architects, with regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture and license preferred.
• Minimum experience in architectural design and site coordination.
• Strong client facing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of NBC and local bye-laws.

Role & responsibilities

The selected candidate will lead architectural projects from conceptual design through to final site completion, balancing creative vision with technical execution. You will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, master plans, and detailed architectural layouts while ensuring strict compliance with local building bye-laws and National Building Code (NBC) guidelines. A major part of your role will involve managing client relationships, leading presentations, and coordinating seamlessly with structural, MEP, and PMC consultants to integrate all technical systems. Additionally, you will oversee the production of comprehensive working drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) sets, mentor junior architects, and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure construction aligns perfectly with approved designs.
