Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, MEP and liaisoning consultants for drawings and monitor/issue GFC drawings
• Site visits to monitor construction in line with drawings
• Slab checking and periodic site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals at key project stages
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Review technical drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance
• Prepare Project Feasibility under various DCPR regulations
• Present conceptual plans for redevelopment project meetings with Society
• Address on-site issues, RFIs and deviations
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers

Role Overview

Play a critical leadership role in driving the design vision, technical excellence, and successful implementation of the projects from design to execution. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, project management, and team leadership.
