Job summary

Skill Lift Consultancy is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive revenue from government and private projects in Assam. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with government departments and project authorities, and manage visits to client sites to generate inquiries and orders.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with experience in building materials or construction sales preferred.

• Generate sales from Government Projects, Tenders, Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors.
• Identify upcoming Government & Private Projects and develop them into strong sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Government departments, project authorities, builders, architects and consultants.
• Conduct regular client/project/site visits, understand project requirements and generate enquiries/orders.
• Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation and order closure.
• Maintain a strong project pipeline, track competitors and achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
• Smart, well-groomed and result-oriented candidate with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills; experience in building materials/construction sales preferred.
