Job summary

Northern Arc Capital invites applications for an Associate – Technology Support in Chennai. You will be part of the Technology Team delivering application support, troubleshooting, and production incident management to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, and hands-on familiarity with SQL, Java or Python, Linux environments, and ticketing tools. Immediate joiners are preferred and a proactive problem-solver will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in application or production support.
• Solid SQL and database understanding.
• Basic to intermediate Java and Python knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and scripting.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, APIs, batch jobs and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
