You will monitor application health, handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform log analysis, and coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and Network teams to ensure quick resolutions.

The role requires basic SQL and Linux knowledge, familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing platforms, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, alerts, and system availability.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting and initial issue analysis.
• Analyze application logs and error messages.
• Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
• Support application deployments, releases, and post-deployment checks.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
• Maintain incident records and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and Network teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, alerts, and system availability.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting and initial issue analysis.
• Analyze application logs and error messages.
• Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
• Support application deployments, releases, and post-deployment checks.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
• Maintain incident records, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and Network teams.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Experience: 0-1 Years. Freshers with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
• Shift: Rotational shifts, including weekends/on-call support, based on business requirements.
