Responsibilities

• Own the execution within assigned bays and transform raw materials into high-precision, code-compliant equipment.
• Lead a high-visibility leadership role requiring welding expertise and assertive people management.
• Coordinate bay management, manpower planning, shift discipline, throughput optimization and rework reduction.
• Ensure compliance with ASME/IBR standards, stage-wise inspection, NDT and HSE practices.
