Job summary

Rishi Laser in Vadodara is seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to oversee daily production planning and ensure timely execution of tasks on the shop floor. You will coordinate fabrication processes and maintain quality control while optimizing dispatch operations.

Additionally, you will manage manpower allocation, supervise rejection handling, and maintain proactive communication with customers to resolve issues and meet delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of manpower management for efficient resource allocation.
• Proficiency in daily production planning, fabrication production, shop floor control, dispatch planning, rejection control, and customer handling.
