Job summary

FERRO TIGER in Mysuru, Karnataka is seeking an experienced Production Leader to plan, monitor, and optimize daily manufacturing activities. You will guide production workers and supervisors, ensure targets, quality, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with HR, Design, Purchase, Stores and Quality to keep operations aligned.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with 10+ years in production/manufacturing, preferably in material handling or fabrication

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in material handling.
• Experience in equipment, engineering or fabrication industry.
• Good knowledge of fabrication, assembly and shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure production targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved.
