Job summary

Calcutta Springs is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day fabrication, mechanical assembly and related manufacturing operations. The role requires strong shop-floor experience, team leadership and a focus on meeting production and delivery targets.

You will supervise shop-floor workers and supervisors, optimize manpower and machine utilization, coordinate with quality, maintenance and purchasing teams, and ensure work follows drawings and specifications while

• Candidates with experience managing end-to-end shop-floor production will be preferred.
