Job summary

Health & Glow seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and evaluate retail training programs across Skin, Hair, Cosmetics and soft skills. You will drive Glow Ed scores and coordinate regional trainers for end-to-end program execution.

The role emphasizes audits, blended learning, career progression, and KPI reporting via MIS dashboards, with budget oversight and collaboration with learning partners to build frontline and back-end capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct/Analyze learning scores to develop staff plans.
• Build, execute and manage retail training programs end-to-end for capability building.
• Develop content for Skin, Hair, Cosmetics and Soft skills and drive learning scores on Glow Ed.
• Plan and conduct learning audits for stores and align stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Implement blended learning approaches (CRT, OJT, LMS, coaching, job-shadowing).
• Develop and execute career progression plans with assessment centers to evaluate effectiveness.
• Utilize tools for measuring learning effectiveness via certifications and audits.
• Provide MIS dashboards to leadership on training conducted and its effectiveness.
• Manage Learning Partners for content development and deployment for frontline and backend.
• Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback on employee motivation and identify disengaged staff with action plans.
• Draw up action plans for staff performance improvement during store visits.
• Introduce best practices on customer service and sales standards.

Job description

• Conduct/Analyze the learning scores for TNI to arrive at development plans for staff.
• Build, execute and manage the retail training programs (end to end) aimed at capability building. Ensure all the regional trainers collaborate as per the schedules/escalate challenges and mitigation plans in executing programs.
• Develop content for the areas Skin, Hair, Cosmetics and Functional/Soft skills and drive learning scores on Learning modules (Glow Ed).
• Plan and conduct - Learning audits for stores / ensure all stake holders & teams are aligned on the corrective action plans.
• Implement a blended learning approach (such as CRT, OJT, LMS, coaching, job-shadowing).
• Developing and executing career progression plans with assessment centers to evaluate the effectiveness of the process.
• Utilize tools for measuring learning effectiveness in the form of certifications and audits
• MIS Dashboard to the leadership team on the training conducted / effectiveness.
• Manage Learning Partners for developing relevant content and deployment methods for the capability building - front end and backend.
• Conduct regular survey and gather inputs/feedback on the employee motivation level in the store to identify disengaged employees and recommend action plan.
• Draw up action plan for staff performance Improvement by engaging with staff regularly during store visits.
• Introduce best practices on customer service, sales standards by understanding and appreciating competition practices.
• Monitor budgetary expenditure on the Learning Plans/ Store visits / training cost.
