Job summary

Easy Home Finance (EHFL) is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital home loan products. You will work with Marketing, Sales, Credit, Collateral and Operations to streamline the application, approval, and servicing processes.

You will define vision and roadmaps, set KPIs, perform market research, and drive A/B testing to improve conversions. Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver intuitive digital experiences and manage cross-functional timelines.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure performance and user engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer feedback.
• Analyse data and user feedback to identify improvements.
• Partner with marketing and sales for GTM and campaigns.
• Stay updated on housing finance, regulatory changes and fintech trends.
• Drive A/B testing to improve conversions and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for seamless digital experiences.
• Develop and maintain production timelines across departments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Marketing, Sales, Credit , Collateral and Operations to deliver market-leading solutions that streamline the home loan application, approval, and servicing processes.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in housing finance and digital banking.
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless digital experiences for home loan applicants and borrowers.
