Job summary

Skillventory in Pune, India, seeks a seasoned professional to own end-to-end Consumer Durable lending journeys—from onboarding to loan origination, servicing, and collections—and to drive digital journey design and STP improvements. You will collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions and manage the product backlog, BRDs, user stories, UAT, and releases.

• Experience in consumer durable lending and BFSI/fintech domains.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and process re-engineering.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end digital journeys and Agile practices.

Responsibilities
