Job summary

Aditya Birla Group invites applications for a Product Manager to lead secured lending product initiatives in India. You will oversee development, launch, pricing, and lifecycle management from ideation to delivery, while aligning with regulatory and customer needs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams to drive digital enhancements, product rollouts, and market expansions across housing finance and retail lending segments.

Qualifications

• CA/ MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Housing Finance, Mortgage Lending, Banking, NBFC, or Retail Lending.
• Strong understanding of secured lending products, product lifecycle management, and portfolio analytics.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market research, product rollout, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage secured lending products.
• Identify emerging opportunities to expand product penetration and market share.
• Drive product lifecycle management from ideation to implementation.
• Drive product-related website updates, ensuring accurate, compliant, and customer-centric digital content.
• Manage product pricing, fee structures, and profitability metrics.
• Conduct portfolio analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance with engagement with Business Head & CBO.
• Monitor product performance and recommend corrective and strategic actions.
• Benchmark products and processes against industry peers and competitors.
• Engage with customers and channel partners to understand market requirements.
• Drive product adoption initiatives and sales enablement programs.
• Gather market feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
• Support business development initiatives to improve acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
• Assist in BRDs and drive technology-led product enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to process improvements, automation, and digital transformation.
• Present product recommendations and performance insights to leadership teams.
• Enhance customer journeys and operational processes to improve turnaround time and customer experience.
• Work closely with Risk and Credit teams to optimize policies and product programs.
• Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements to support business scalability.

Preferred Qualifications
