Job summary

Easy Home Finance Limited in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital home loan offerings, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

You will shape product vision, roadmaps, KPIs, and go-to-market plans while collaborating with marketing, sales, and UX teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for applicants and borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital home loan offerings, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Define KPIs and metrics to track product performance and user engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market needs and opportunities.
• Analyse data and user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new product launches.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in housing finance and digital banking.
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless digital experiences for home loan applicants and borrowers.
• Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
