Job summary

Digital Lending Company in Delhi is seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to own the Consumer Durable Lending portfolio. You will oversee lifecycle—from acquisition to servicing—collaborating with Business, Risk, Technology, Operations and Compliance teams.

You will define roadmaps, optimize customer journeys, and drive EMI, subvention and embedded lending initiatives while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Product Management within digital lending, consumer finance, NBFC or banking.
• Mandatory experience in Consumer Durable Finance, POS Lending or Checkout Financing.
• Strong understanding of LOS/LMS, credit bureau, eKYC and digital onboarding processes.
• Experience working with merchant/retail lending ecosystems.
• Good understanding of credit, risk and portfolio management.
• MBA / postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Consumer Durable / POS Lending.
• Build and improve digital and merchant-assisted customer journeys.
• Manage integrations with OEMs, retailers, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, bureaus, eKYC providers, LSPs and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive product initiatives around EMI, subvention, embedded lending and pre-approved offers.
• Monitor key metrics such as disbursals, approval/conversion rates, TAT, delinquency, NPA, collections and profitability.
• Work with Technology teams on PRDs/BRDs, UAT and product launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, merchant productivity and portfolio performance.
• Ensure products and processes remain aligned with applicable RBI digital lending regulations.
