Job summary

V Guard is hiring for a rooftop solar sales role in Haryana/Gurugram, India. Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under subsidy programs, hybrid systems, lithium batteries, and related solar products to residential and small commercial customers.

The role involves appointing system integrators, EPCs, distributors, generating leads, closing orders, explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Btech in any discipline required.
• 8+ years sales experience in solar, lithium, battery or inverter products preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and meet new customers in assigned area.
• Explain product features, savings and ROI to customers.
• Prepare and share quotations/proposals through SI.
• Follow up with PM suryaghar portal / SFDC & Utech leads until closure.
• Collect payments as per agreed terms.
• Coordinate with project team for installation.

Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under PMSGMBY/Subsidy segment, Hybrid systems ,Lithium batteries ,offgrid solar battery & Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators ,EPCs,distributors,Direct dealers & generating leads & Clossing the leads through SIs, explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly , quarterly & Annual sales targets

• Prepare and share quotations/proposals through SI
