Job summary

Golden Opportunities in India is seeking an experienced IT Sourcing professional with 8+ years of procurement expertise. You will lead sourcing events, manage RFPs/RFIs, negotiate renewals, and conduct supplier market research under the guidance of Sourcing Managers.

Responsibilities include bid analysis, contract reviews, spend analysis, and developing category plans. This role requires strong stakeholder collaboration and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT sourcing procurement experience.
• Experience with RFPs and RFIs and bid analysis.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Ability to coordinate sourcing projects under managers' guidance.

• Sourcing event execution, including RFPs and RFIs under the direction of Senior Sourcing Managers
• Building bid analysis documents, scheduling RFx meetings, and monitoring RFx timelines
• Direct negotiations for renewals and new spend requirements
• Supplier market research
• Review of proposed contracts for goods and services
• Coordination of sourcing projects under the direction of Sourcing Managers
• Buy Desk support for lower-complexity, lower-spend sourcing requirements
• Category Management Plan development, as required
• Spend analysis
• Creation and maintenance of pricing databases by category, including location-wise rate cards and supplier/SKU-level unit pricing
• Consolidation of multiple POs with the same supplier and alignment of renewal dates.
