Job summary

NIIT in India is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement from requirement to PO closure, including RFQ/RFP, vendor evaluation, and price negotiations. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill procurement requirements and manage onboarding, performance, and renewals.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, ensuring timely PO processing, maintaining spend data, and driving cost savings and process improvements across IT, marketing, HR and finance

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate in commerce or diploma in procurement
• 3 to 6 years of experience in procurement/strategic sourcing in IT or ITES industry
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP/procurement systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Sourcing, negotiation, contracting, PO management and invoice processing

Responsibilities
