Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end vendor lifecycle management across multi-location branches in India. The role focuses on onboarding, negotiations, rate contracts, SLA management, and contract governance.

The candidate will drive RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, and performance monitoring while delivering cost optimizations and process standardization. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG with 5–10 years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management.
• Experience in multi-location procurement across branches.
• Hands-on in vendor onboarding, negotiations, rate contracts, SLA management, and contract management.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end vendor lifecycle management including identification, onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring, and renewal.
• Develop and manage a strong vendor ecosystem to support requirements across branches.
• Drive RFQs/RFPs, quotation analysis, vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and rate contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and periodic reviews.
• Handle vendor escalations and drive corrective actions to ensure service quality.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, vendor consolidation, standardization, and economies of scale.
• Manage procurement spend and track savings, vendor performance, and procurement efficiency.
• Ensure vendor contracts, procurement processes, and approvals comply with organizational policies.
• Work closely with branch and business teams to consolidate requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare MIS and dashboards covering vendor performance, spend, savings, SLA adherence, and key procurement metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 510 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management.
• Strong experience in multi-location / branch network procurement.
• Hands-on experience in vendor onboarding, negotiations, rate contracts, SLA management, and contract management.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
