Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Lead and Manager - Procurement to lead IT sourcing initiatives. The role requires 8 to 10 years of procurement experience in the IT sourcing space and a strong track record in RFP/RFI processes, bid analysis, and supplier negotiations.

You will coordinate sourcing projects under a Sourcing Manager, build pricing databases, review contracts, and consolidate POs with key suppliers. This is an on-site role based in India.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of procurement experience in the IT Sourcing industry.
• Experience handling RFPs/RFIs and bid analysis.
• Skill in supplier market research and contract reviews.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing event execution, including RFPs and RFIs under Senior Sourcing Managers.
• Building bid analysis documents, scheduling RFx meetings, and monitoring RFx timelines.
• Direct negotiations for renewals and new spend requirements.
• Supplier market research.
• Review of proposed contracts for goods and services.
• Coordination of sourcing projects under the direction of Sourcing Managers.
• Buy Desk support for lower-complexity, lower-spend sourcing requirements.
• Category Management Plan development, as required.
• Spend analysis.
• Creation and maintenance of pricing databases by category, including location-wise rate cards and supplier/SKU-level unit pricing.
• Consolidation of multiple POs with the same supplier and alignment of renewal dates.
