Job summary

Shiva Builders Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned procurement leader in India to oversee end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to payment. The role focuses on reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing supplier performance through strategic sourcing plans.

The ideal candidate will have 10–13 years in procurement management, a BBA/BMS or SCM degree, and strong knowledge of procurement processes including logistics and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in procurement management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA/BMS) or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes including strategic sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, warehousing and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from sourcing to payment and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into procurement solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms aligned with company goals.
