Replus Engitech Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of Lithium-ion Battery packs for EVs and energy storage. You will lead the PE department, collaborate with Plant Head and other departments, launch new assembly lines, and ensure process capability and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with quality control, 5S, and experience coordinating with overseas suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Manage manufacturing of Lithium-ion Battery packs for EV, Hybrid and BESS with high quality in collaboration with Plant Head.
• Lead the PE department in cooperation with Plant Head, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Safety.
• Launch new assembly line with Plant Head and manage related activities.
• Check machine accuracy and process capability of existing and new lines.
• Decide machine process conditions and implement controls for defects (Moratorium, investigation, countermeasures).
• Provide equipment arrangement and installation support.
• Conduct proto-build checks, identify and resolve build issues, ensure readiness for production.
• Prepare PFMEA, Control Plan and dimensional inspection data.
• Find process improvements without compromising safety and quality.
• Coordinate and train team members; monitor performance and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of manufacturing of Lithium-ion Battery packs for EV,Hybrid and BESS keeping high quality in collaboration with Plant Head.
• Lead the PE department in cooperation with Plant Head, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Safety department.
• Make a management of working to launch new Assembly line with Plant Head.
• Check machine accuracy and process capability of existing and new assembly lines.
• Decide machine process condition.
• When defect found take appropriate process control measures. (Moratorium, investigation, countermeasures, recovery)
• Equipment arrangement and installation support.
• Conduct checks during proto builds, identify & resolve build issues and ensure that product is ready for assembly line production.
• Prepare PFMEA, Control Plan and dimensional inspection data.
• Find all kinds of ways in operation processes to improve without compromising on Safety and Quality of the product.
• Coordinate and support team for training of team members and close monitoring on their performance.
• Ensure to maintain discipline and congenial working atmosphere in the shop floor.
