Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in India seeks a senior professional to lead the Battery Pack Line project, driving capacity ramp-up, line installation coordination with suppliers, layout design, and automation initiatives to maximize throughput and provide a smooth prove-out.

With 12–15 years of experience in EV/battery pack operations, you will manage cross-functional projects, uphold quality and safety, and mentor teams. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics is required.

Job description

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
