Job summary

Amazon in Telangana, Hyderabad seeks a Team Leader for its L&D team to define and own training processes from Day 1 at the FC. You will hire, train, and develop a motivated workforce to meet demanding operational standards and drive quality and productivity.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS, plus ongoing process improvements, data analysis to remove bottlenecks, and implementing Kaizen and formal controls. Leadership, teamwork, and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience.
• high school diploma or equivalent.
• High school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Defining, building and owning the execution of training processes, right from Day 1 at FC.
• Responsible for Hiring, training and building up a highly motivated workforce to meet the operational requirements, and continuously meeting the high bar on quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS for matters related to workforce training & Operations.
• Continuously improve the training process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
