Job summary

ASSPL in Tamil Nadu, D31, seeks a Process Associate to mentor associates and ensure orders are processed safely and with quality. You will guide daily shift activities and uphold standard work practices to meet customer expectations.

You will manage shift tasks, allocate work, and monitor productivity and quality, with audits and development plans for staff. This role may stand in for the Area Manager and requires flexibility and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
