Job summary

ASSPL - Telangana is seeking a Team Leader for its L&D team to define and own the execution of training programs from Day 1 at the fulfillment center. You will hire, train, and motivate staff to meet operational needs while collaborating with Operations, PXT, WFS, and WHS to ensure training excellence.

The role emphasizes continuous process improvement, data-driven analysis to remove bottlenecks, and implementing Kaizen to sustain high performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English preferred.

Essential Functions

• Defining, building and owning the execution of training processes, right from Day 1 at FC
• Responsible for Hiring, training and building up a highly motivated workforce to meet the operational requirements, and continuously meeting the high bar on quality and productivity
• Coordinate with Operations, PXT, WFS, WHS for matters related to workforce training & Operations
• Continuously improve the training process and attain a sustained level of performance standard. Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work
• Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
• Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
• Highly motivated & self starting
• Team player, Empathetic & Goal oriented
