A leading online retailer in Bengaluru is looking for a Process Associate. In this role, you will manage daily shift activities and mentor associates to ensure quality and safety standards are met. A day in the life

The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a process associate who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily Management of shift
• Administrative management of associates
• Job allocation to associates
• Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
• Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
• Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
• Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
• Stand-in for Area Manager

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
