Job summary

Cargosol Logistics Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Pricing Executive Sea Export to support the Sea Export Pricing team by obtaining competitive freight rates and space availability from shipping lines, NVOCCs and other service providers.

The role requires 13 years of experience in Sea Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. You will work closely with CS/Sales and carriers in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Sea Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
• Good understanding of Sea Export processes, shipping lines and ocean freight.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Sea Export freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents.
• Check space availability, sailing schedules and cut-off dates.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders and overseas agents for rates and availability.
• Provide accurate and timely rates and space information to the CS/Sales team.
• Maintain updated rate sheets, tariffs and pricing records.
• Follow up on pricing and carrier-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure timely response to pricing requests.
