Express Global Logistics in Mumbai seeks an experienced Freight Forwarding Pricing professional to support sales and pricing activities. You will handle ocean and air freight pricing, quotations, and negotiation with carriers and agents to secure competitive rates.

The role emphasizes timely quotes, follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver accurate pricing solutions for diverse shipments.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding Pricing / Sales Support.
• Strong understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates and end-to-end shipment costing.
• Good negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Should have knowledge of Ocean and Air Freight business.
• Procure competitive freight rates for Port-to-Port, Ex-Works, DAP and DDP shipments across Ocean and Air.
• Prepare and submit timely and competitive quotations for all customer and sales enquiries.
• Regularly follow up on quotations to obtain customer feedback and target rates and improve conversion.
• Negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, agents and vendors to secure competitive pricing.
• Provide day-to-day pricing and operational support to the Sales team.
• Maintain updated rate sheets, quotations and vendor/agent pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents for accurate and complete pricing solutions.
