Honour Lane Logistics (india) in Noida is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive Ocean Freight Pricing to strengthen our Ocean Pricing team.

You will manage ocean freight pricing enquiries, negotiate rates, prepare quotations, monitor market rates and work with Sales, operations and overseas partners to ensure timely, competitive pricing and smooth shipment execution. • Manage pricing enquiries from customers, Sales teams, overseas offices/agents and internal stakeholders with quotations.
• Monitor market rates, carrier updates, space/equipment availability and surcharges.
• Support freehand and agent business with competitive pricing.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to support shipping execution.
• Monitor GP/margins and highlight pricing, rate or space-related concerns.
• Coordinate with Global Pricing and overseas teams for rate support and trade-lane requirements.
• Maintain turnaround time and accuracy while managing multiple enquiries.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive Ocean Freight Pricing to strengthen our Ocean Pricing team in Noida.

The role will primarily focus on managing ocean freight pricing enquiries, rate negotiation, quotation management, market analysis and commercial support for customers, Sales, overseas offices/agents and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle FCL/LCL ocean freight pricing across various trade lanes and shipment terms, including FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, DDP, etc.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs and co-loaders for rates, space, equipment and applicable surcharges.
• Manage pricing enquiries from customers, Sales teams, overseas offices/agents and internal stakeholders with timely and accurate quotations.
• Monitor market rates, carrier updates, space/equipment availability and applicable surcharges.
• Support freehand and agent business with commercially viable and competitive pricing.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to support business requirements and smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor GP/margins and highlight pricing, rate or space-related concerns as required.
• Coordinate with Global Pricing and overseas teams for rate support and trade-lane requirements.
• Maintain strong turnaround time and accuracy while managing multiple pricing enquiries simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping / NVOCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL, shipping lines, trade lanes and ocean freight markets.
• Good understanding of commercial pricing, rate negotiation and GP/margin management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Responsive, commercially minded and capable of taking ownership and working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
