Crew Kraftorz is seeking an experienced Executive Air Export Pricing professional to lead end-to-end air export pricing for high-volume shipments. You will prepare competitive quotations, maintain margins, and coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth pricing and shipment handling.

The role requires hands-on experience in air freight pricing, freight forwarding operations, and global market dynamics, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Air Export Pricing, Air Cargo Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing competitive pricing and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air export pricing for complex and high-volume shipments.
• Prepare competitive quotations while maintaining profit margins.
• Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams for pricing and shipment handling.
• Negotiate with airlines and vendors for favorable rates and terms.
• Monitor global air cargo market conditions, capacity, fuel surcharges and disruptions.
• Maintain knowledge of air cargo geography, trade lanes, hubs, and IATA regulations.
• Prepare pricing reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Provide accurate pricing support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Executive Air Export Pricing to join our Air Exports team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in air freight pricing, freight forwarding operations, vendor

negotiations, and international trade lanes, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air export pricing for complex and high-volume shipments.
• Prepare competitive and commercially viable quotations while maintaining required profit margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth pricing and shipment handling.
• Negotiate with airlines and vendors to secure competitive rates and favorable commercial terms.
• Monitor global air cargo market conditions, including capacity constraints, fuel price fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, and geopolitical disruptions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of air cargo geography, international trade lanes, airport hubs, and IATA regulations.
• Prepare pricing-related reports and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and accurate pricing support.
