Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure designs prepared by consultants align with project concept, constructability, and optimal cost.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multi‑storey residential projects.
• Communicate with clients on a weekly basis and update project status to the Director.
• Interpret client requirements and provide techno‑commercial inputs during conceptualization.
• Check and approve project estimates, schedules, and obtain client approvals.
• Ensure timely availability of GFC drawings.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan, direct, implement, execute, control, and complete projects in line with company strategy and commitments.

IIT Civil Engineering graduate with 15‑20 years of relevant experience. Candidate must be male.
