Job summary

Atulya Developers is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end construction project execution in real estate development. You will plan, schedule, monitor progress, and supervise site activities to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong RCC knowledge, contractor management, and cost control, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. A candidate with 5+ years of project management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, construction planning, and site execution.
• Experience in contractor management, BOQ, billing, estimation, and cost control.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction project execution from planning to completion.
