Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Civil Engineer to assist and support the Project Management team in the execution of residential high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project planning and documentation activities.

Scope of Role

This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Project Management team in the successful execution of construction projects while ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Level of Authority

Makes decisions within established procedures and company policies to achieve assigned objectives and deadlines.

Works under general supervision with accountability for day-to-day site execution activities.

Errors in judgment may have a short-term impact on project schedules, team productivity, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities with a primary focus on services and execution works.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities.
• Execute work at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality execution, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress against project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and site progress updates.
• Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and management of technical aspects of projects.
• Verify work completion and prepare billing documents for contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices and payments.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements at the project site.
