Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from an accredited university.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate construction, including high-rise projects.
• Experience executing high-rise residential and commercial building projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Monitor material consumption and control project costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion certificates.
• Resolve technical issues at the site and recommend engineering solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
