• 12–15 years in real estate/construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and resource plans.
• Develop organization charts and submit material/machinery planning.
• Oversee project execution and track progress against schedule.
• Ensure quality standards across all construction activities.
• Implement safety measures and conduct daily progress review meetings with site teams.
• Maintain strong client relations regarding progress, quality, and speed.
• Timely submission of client bills, labor bills, and reconciliations.
• Manage receipt of payments and subcontractor settlements.
• Handle PR with neighbors and clients to maintain goodwill.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including MOMs, inter-site correspondence, and client communications.
• Report constraints to management and propose corrective actions.
• Address subcontractor grievances in coordination with admin.
• Ensure site security, compliance, and upkeep of company materials/machinery.
• Maintain accountability for petty cash and DPRs/reports required by Head Office.
