Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Project CEO to lead a major real estate project in the NCR/Western Uttar Pradesh region. The role encompasses project execution, finance, sales, profitability, quality, procurement and compliance, with strong cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 20–25 years of experience in real estate or construction, with senior leadership roles in high-rise residential or commercial projects and proven P&L ownership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 20–25 years of experience in real estate or construction.
• Proven leadership at CEO/COO/Project Director level.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Own project P&L, budget, cash flow, and profitability.
• Prepare annual and quarterly business plans and conduct reviews.
• Ensure timely project completion, handover, and compliance.
• Monitor costs, collections, vendor payments, and budget variations.
• Lead sales, bookings, inventory, and collections while maintaining revenue growth.
• Coordinate across Projects, Purchase, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure approvals.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reviews to drive accountability across departments.

Job description

The Project CEO will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the project, including project execution, finance, sales, profitability, quality, procurement, compliance, and customer delivery. The role requires strong coordination with all departments to ensure timely project completion, cost control, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and achievement of the company's business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management

• Own project P&L, budget, cash flow, and profitability.
• Prepare annual and quarterly business plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.

2. Project Execution

Ensure timely project completion and handover.

Monitor: Construction schedule Project milestones Labour and contractor performance Material and resource availability

3. Quality and Safety

Ensure construction as per approved drawings and standards.

Control: Rework and defects Material wastage Quality and safety issues

4. Finance and Commercials

• Monitor project cost, collections, and vendor payments.
• Control budget variations and commercial risks.
• Ensure a healthy project cash cycle.

5. Sales and Customer Management:

Lead sales, bookings, inventory, and collections.

Monitor: Lead conversion Channel partner performance Customer communication Possession and handover

6. Coordination and Compliance

• Coordinate with Projects, Purchase, Finance, Sales, CRM, Design, Legal, and Liaison teams.
• Ensure timely drawings, procurement, contracts, and approvals.
• Ensure RERA and statutory compliance.

7. Team Leadership

• Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings.
• Set clear targets and ensure departmental accountability.
• Resolve major project-related issues

Required Profile

Full-time Regular B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

20-25 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry.

Proven experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction. Experience handling projects valued above 300 crore.

Senior leadership experience as a CEO, COO, Business Head, Project Director, or Construction Head.

Strong knowledge of construction planning, project finance, budgeting, cost control, sales, and business operations.

Practical experience in managing labour, contractors, procurement, quality, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Knowledge of RERA, statutory approvals, local building regulations, and construction compliance.

Strong understanding of the NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh real estate markets.

Strong skills in MIS reporting, performance analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
