Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC team to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

• Prepare and implement process, quality, safety, and commercial plans.
• Report project progress to clients and stakeholders.

• Communicate meeting minutes and reports to project resources.
• Track progress vs goals, budgets, and timelines; create action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall PMC Team to ensure safe delivery of best quality project on time and within budget.
• Anticipate risks and propose mitigation measures for project completion.
• Guide and motivate the team to deliver the project as envisaged.
• Interacting with architects, external consultants, vendors, contractors, auditors & client representatives for smooth execution of the project.
• Make strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to team members to implement those decisions.
• Responsible for compiling a bespoke set of process and procedures of all of the activities, including but not limited to quality, progress, commercial matters, value, safety, and construction.
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders to report on project progress.
• Oversee the construction phase, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/ meeting minutes to project resources informed.
• Keep a track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines and create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Assist with business development activities by identifying potential clients and setting up meetings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Identify and solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports.

Requirements

• BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methodologies and industry standards related to Civil Construction. Candidate with prior experience in Aluminium formwork shall be preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel to project site, head office / clients office and attend meetings as needed.
• Good IT skills - Auto Cad, MS Office.
• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.
• Candidate residing in Ghaziabad, UP or willing to move shall be preferred.
