Raise Infra is seeking a Pre-Sales & Sales Support professional to handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and engage homebuyers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. You will coordinate site visits with the sales team and maintain CRM-based follow-ups to drive lead conversions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Pre-Sales/Inside Sales or Real Estate, strong communication, and fluent English. Hindi preferred and Kannada is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, CRM, or Real Estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Hindi preferred, Kannada an added advantage.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Lead Square, Sell.Do, Salesforce, or similar is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi is preferred, and Kannada is an added advantage.
