This on-site role is ideal for results-oriented sales professionals focused on high-volume lead conversion, relationship-driven sales, and excellent local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads; convert enquiries into site visits and negotiated offers to meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare tailored property presentations, and guide clients through pricing, features, and neighbourhood insights.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, coordinate documentation, and handover with legal and operations teams to ensure compliant transactions.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead status, pipeline activity, and follow-ups to maximise conversion efficiency.
