Job summary

Medreich is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional in Bengaluru to manage day-to-day HR operations at the Virgonagar facility. The role covers employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

You will drive manpower planning, onboarding, and productivity, while handling employee relations and contract labor activities as applicable. The position involves partnering with Plant Leadership on HR interventions and monitoring key HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce productivity.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Manage industrial relations and contract labor activities, wherever applicable.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Drive performance management, training, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.
• Partner with Plant Leadership on people-related matters and HR interventions.
• Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, manpower, recruitment TAT, and productivity.
• Support HR audits, inspections, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement.
