Job summary

Ramdevbaba Solvent is seeking a capable HR & Admin professional to manage recruitment for plant workers, supervisors, and staff, and to oversee attendance, payroll inputs, training, and compliance with labour laws.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, safety programs, and liaison with unions, ensuring accurate HR documentation and smooth factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring for plant workers, supervisors, and staff
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
• Maintain manpower planning and attendance records
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Maintain healthy relations between management and workers
• Coordinate with labor unions when applicable
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Monitor attendance, overtime, shifts, and leave records
• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
• Ensure accurate employee data management
• Identify training needs for plant employees
• Organize safety, technical, and behavioral training programs
• Support skill development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations
• Maintain HR documentation and audit records
• Support factory inspections and compliance audits
• Assist in employee performance appraisal processes
• Monitor productivity and employee performance metrics
• Support reward and recognition programs
• Promote workplace safety and employee welfare activities
• Coordinate medical camps, safety awareness, and employee engagement programs
