Job summary

Aarvi Encon, an ISO-certified consulting engineering firm based in Mumbai, is seeking a Planning Engineer for projects in Jamnagar such as residential and hotel developments. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in civil construction and strong proficiency in critical path planning and Primavera.

You will prepare schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with site teams and consultants, and support forecasting and resource planning to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Master's degree in Construction/Project Management preferred.
• PMP certification or Primavera specialist certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines and progress plans for Residential and Hotel projects.
• Develop detailed work programmes using Primavera or other project planning tools.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or potential risks.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and consultants to track activities and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates and support project forecasting.
• Assist in resource planning, project coordination and implementation of corrective measures to meet project timelines.
