Job summary

Tuv in Jamnagar, Gujarat, seeks a Senior Planning Engineer with 12-15 years of experience to lead planning for a large industrial project. You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress and ensure robust project controls.

The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus solid knowledge of WBS, baselines, progress curves and MIS reporting. Willing to work onsite in Jamnagar with coordination across client, contractor and site teams.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in project planning or project controls.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience on refinery, petrochemical, oil and gas, or large industrial projects preferred.
• Willing to work at Jamnagar project site.
• Immediate joiners or short notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, WBS, resource plans and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Track project progress, manpower, productivity, materials and critical activities.
• Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, MIS reports and S-curves.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery or catch-up plans.
• Coordinate with Reliance/client teams, contractors and site execution teams.
• Highlight project risks, constraints and delays to management.
• Support milestone monitoring, progress reviews and project reporting.
