Job summary

Inco Builders in Indore, India, invites an experienced Planning Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. You will coordinate with site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. 5–7 years in construction/infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, WBS, and project milestones.
• Monitor progress and compare actual progress against planned schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Clients.
• Track manpower, machinery, and material requirements as per project schedules.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans.
• Prepare look-ahead plans and forecast project completion dates.
• Support project billing by coordinating progress measurements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company procedures.

Job Summary
