Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project planning within Construction/EPC/Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, resource planning, and construction execution.
• PMP or Primavera Certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement and stakeholders.
• Manage planning, resource allocation and schedule optimization.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality and safety standards.
