Job summary

Aarvi Encon in Mumbai is seeking a Planning Head to lead project planning and controls for greenfield and brownfield ventures across oil, gas, and EPC sectors. You will drive schedules, budgets, cash flows, and ABP/AOP, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) with a master's preferred, strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a track record in risk management and procurement

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Experience in planning and project controls for large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, budgets and cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and project controls for Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, feasibility studies, cash flows, and ABP/AOP.
• Monitor project progress using Primavera P6, MS Project, MIS, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospitality operators for timely execution.
• Manage design approvals, procurement, contracts, and project handover.
• Drive risk management, delay analysis, resource optimization, and recovery planning.
• Ensure statutory compliance, quality standards, and on-time project delivery.
